Integrating clinical and commercial evidence planning can create efficiencies and produce data that will promote both initial commercial success and sustained viability. But integration is no easy feat. Companies with a strategic mindset that integrates clinical and commercial teams in early engagements with regulators and HTA agencies will benefit; companies that pass up the opportunity, or come insufficiently prepared, will likely struggle to succeed.
